About Me

As a Somatic Therapist, Certified Trauma Recovery and Systemic Coach, I integrate a broad personal, academic and professional experience into a unique approach to supporting others.

I LOVE to support people in reaching their fullest potential by uncovering their old systemic patterns that have been unconsciously running their lives so they can finally move forward.

I will take you through a journey to explore and understand the origins of:

  • your old patterns

  • addictions

  • and limiting behaviors...

...so that you can find healing and reconnect with your true essence.

I am trained in a variety of therapeutic methods and use them in combination from a place of knowing what each situation requires.

My Philosophy

I believe that therapy has a lot to do with ART, so in each session I co-create with my clients a unique approach supported by all my skills and experience in:

  • Compassionate Inquiry

  • Somatic Practices

  • NVC

  • Systemic Work

  • IFS

  • Gestalt

  • and Hakomi techniques...

...so that they can find true change and reconnect with their own authenticity and essence.

My Story

My own personal journey through various issues such as:

  • codependency

  • heartbreak

  • addiction

  • mental health challenges....

....and MOST importantly becoming a better parent for my son, brought me back to study and devote myself to research the approaches that not only validate my story as victim but truly support change.

These invaluable tools and approaches have healed and transformed my life.

Currently I am very happy to support and share my knowledge with people from ALL around the world looking to understand their old patterns and unentangle themselves from those parts and beliefs that keep preventing them from truly enjoying their lives and moving forward.

I would really love to connect and support you too!

Fun Facts About Me

  1. I am originally from Argentina (born in Neuquen, Patagonia) but spent many years living in Buenos Aires, Missoula Montana, Belgrade Serbia and Now I live in Almeria, Spain with my dear, wonderful boy Bogdan (means God’s Given because he is my little miracle).

  2. Guilty pleasures: Zombie’s and horror movies, Glee (I love musical theater), Jane Austen (to feed my hopelessly romantic side) and watching Kill Bill and Jaws when I am angry at someone (highly recommended!).

  3. I speak Serbian, but only enough to order delicious food and say bad words (people say German has the best swear words? No. Serbian. Hands-down.)

  4. I hate toxic positivity, hustle culture, and spiritual bypassing that makes you feel guilty for your negative emotions.

  5. I’m an Enneagram 4, always needing to be original, which is probably why I like tomato and jalapeño jam.
